What the client needed

This real estate manager needed a solution to integrate all residents’ information and centralise all building requests/ management tasks in one place.

Our solution

Our solution was to create a Mobile + Web system that was available to all residents and building employees. From the residents’ side, they could request maintenance services, make reservations for the common areas of the building (like the tennis court or sauna, for example) and find 3rd party services (like plumbers, food delivery etc). From the management side, it was possible to obtain financial information, make maintenance inventories and check the residents’ requests.
